Deliver authentic yoga and ayurveda programs rooted in ancient tradition
Ayurveda is the 4000 years old ancient medicine written in several medical treatises which defines a behavioural way to prevent health and cure. It’s a whole body and preventive medicine for all but also a technique of personal development in itself. It balances the body through an adapted and personalized lifestyle (mind – diet – attitude) according to your bio constitution, but also through the use of plants and other natural remedies to counteract imbalances. These imbalances can manifest themselves as illnesses or other symptoms in the short, medium or long term. Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences, the world’s oldest whole-body healing systems. One without the other is like a bicycle without wheels. One allows us to prevent old age and illness, then heal, and yoga allows us to unite our body with consciousness for a union beyond matter. They provide this deconditioning to bring us back to our true self, according to our physical, mental and spiritual needs!
Ahaar: diet
Vihaar: lifestyle
Achar: the routine of life
Vichaar: thoughts
In addition to nutrition, lifestyle, and managing one’s mind, emphasis is placed on methods of cleansing the inside and outside of the body.Ayurveda is the most complete medicine. It prevents, heals and cures the mind. Each prescription is personalized unlike the more standardized allopathic medicine. Take care of yourself
Yoga is also the science of purification. When you rid the body of these impurities, the nadis function and energy blocks are released. Yoga has proven to be very effective in the treatment of many illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, depression, back pain, schizophrenia, migraines, hormonal imbalances, and many more. The main objective of hatha yoga is to create an interaction of absolute balance between the activities, processes of the physical body, mind and energy. Hatha means the union of pranic and mental forces. If hatha yoga is not used for this purpose, its true purpose is lost.
